I understand that all vendors operating from a 10×10 canopy space are required to provide their own 10×10 tent, tent weights (mandatory with no exceptions), tables, table coverings, business signage, lighting (for evening events when applicable), and a working point-of-sale (POS) system to accept customer payments, along with any additional materials needed for their booth setup. I understand that electricity is not provided onsite. Vendors requiring power must supply their own approved power source. If I plan to use a generator, I will notify the event team in advance via email for approval, as generator placement and noise levels must be appropriate for neighboring vendors.
